Prosjektskolen Masterclass Program, Feldfünf Metropolenhaus – Berlin, Germany
The lecture involves a short overview of the history and theory of mental mapping and walking as methods of artistic and urban research, as well as the medium of audio walking in public spaces. Based on examples of her own artistic work in the public spaces of Berlin and Skopje, the lecture is concerned with the neoliberal and symbolic changes of urban landscapes, which are revised with the help of digital and artistic interventions. Special focus thereby is given on the huge and nationalist urban revamp of the Macedonian capital, dubbed “Skopje 2014”.
